"I'd like scrambled eggs with bacon, please."
"Okay, what kind of toast would you like?"
"Oh, just regular toast."

No. We only have irregular toast here.

    lol - he would have gotten white bread toast and no refund when he told me that "his" regular toast was rye.

    In my world - my regular becomes your regular.
